Precision anti-wear welding
With advanced processes such as laser welding or PTA, we apply consistent, high-precision anti-wear coatings to targeted areas without weakening the part. This level of control makes it possible, for example, to add a coating directly to countersunk bolts, an ideal solution for reducing premature wear around fastening holes, especially when used in conjunction with our countersunk plates.
We also carry out technical welding on threaded carbide studs with a resistance that exceeds the strength of the rod. Every assembly is designed to last, with reliable fastening and no weak points.
