Quality control and precision adjustment
To guarantee fast, accurate installation without rework, most of our castings are made to measure and then checked using GO / NO GO templates. Some critical applications, such as J-liners installed at the outlet of transfer chutes, are machined before heat treatment to ensure perfectly flat, perpendicular walls.
This level of requirement considerably reduces the risk of breakage during operation, and improves the overall reliability of your equipment.
