Bimetallic Parts

Maximum strength and optimum bonding

Our bimetallic parts are designed to withstand the most demanding environments: they combine a layer of white chromium cast iron with a steel base, brazed with extreme precision. This process ensures a surface highly resistant to wear and severe impacts. Our exclusive technology ensures a high thickness ratio with no risk of delamination, for reliable, long-lasting protection, even under extreme stress.

Standard parts for mobile equipment

Thanks to their compatible steel base, these components can be easily welded onto your high-strength steel parts such as Hardox 500. They are commonly used to protect buckets, excavators, chutes, grizzlies, tooth adapters and exposed bolting to ensure resistance to impact and wear.

Assembly of large parts

Although the size of our parts is initially defined by the capacity of our brazing furnace, we design custom assemblies to meet your specific large-scale requirements. Whether it's to achieve high thicknesses, cover large surfaces or guarantee perfect flatness, each assembly is designed to ensure impeccable performance in the field.

We use 25 mm and larger studs for robust, reliable fastening, without compromising the wear surface. The result: you benefit from a solid assembly that can withstand the most severe stresses, while maintaining maximum performance over the long term.
